Pilates builds both your strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on moving in a balanced way across all planes of movement.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced Pilates enthusiast, watching this series will help you connect with key foundational exercises and concepts that you need to master before progressing to more advanced repertoire.
In each video, our Pilates Instructor Liz will provide guidance on correct technique and breathing patterns.

Here Liz is guiding us through a Single Leg Lifts, an exercise which helps you develop stability in your lower back and pelvis, as well as movement at the hip joints.
