Unlocking Potential: Liz's Triple Threat Qualification Redefines Pilates at ERRS

In December 2023, Liz accomplished a significant milestone by successfully completing her Pilates Diploma through Pilates ITC. This achievement not only marks a personal triumph for Liz but also holds exciting implications for our Exercise Right and Rehab Pilates (ERRS) classes.
Along with great enthusiasm and a deep understanding of Pilates, Liz's comprehensive, accredited qualification is also known as the triple threat, with skills and experience in Matwork, Reformer, and Studio Pilates, with repertoire at introductory, basic, progressive, and intermediate levels.

‍

Delving into the specifics of her Diploma, Liz, as a qualified instructor, possesses the skills to:
  • Conduct a Pilates Initial Consultation and Assessment
  • Understand the different postural types and adeptly design programs to address specific postural faults such as Kyphotic, Lordotic, Fatigue/Sway Back and Scoliosis.
  • Tailor personalised programs for distinct populations, including Ageing clients and Pre- and Postnatal Women.
  • Develop targeted programs for Upper and Lower Limb pathologies, encompassing conditions like Rotator cuff tendonitis, Tennis and Golfers Elbow, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Hip Bursitis, Knee meniscus tears and Ankle sprains.
  • Craft programs addressing Spinal Pathologies like Non-specific low back pain, Piriformis Syndrome, Spondylosis, Disc bulge and Osteoporosis.
In 2024, we are excited to continue offering great Pilates classes and officially introducing our new Studio Pilates. If you would like to take a sneak peek at what this means, please take a look at our website. Otherwise, hold tight, we will be sharing all the details soon!
