Aleisha completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2022 at Murdoch University. She has worked with elite athletes throughout her degree and has a passion for teaching exercise classes.
The role of an Exercise Scientist entails providing knowledge about exercise to improve health, fitness, wellbeing and performance, as well as the prevention of chronic diseases. Aleisha is passionate about helping athletes achieve their physical goals and outside of work she enjoys gymnastics, spending time at the beach and travelling.
