Remedial massage is a complementary therapy that aims to assess and treat muscles which are injured, knotted, tense or immobile. It is a vital part of many rehabilitation programs alongside Physiotherapy and is used to locate and repair damaged areas of the body, speeding up the body’s own healing processes.
