We are proud to offer a variety of classes and programs at our purpose-built Exercise Right & Rehab and The Strength Lab Kalamunda studios, supporting your recovery, strength and overall wellbeing. Alongside our tailored programs for conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s Disease and cardiac recovery, we also provide a range of fitness and strength classes, including Pilates and boxing.

All classes and programs are led by our qualified Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Fitness Trainers. Each one is designed to be safe, effective and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Our Specialised Programs

Practitioner-led, evidence-based programs delivered by accredited providers with advanced clinical training. Designed for at-risk clients with medical conditions requiring closer supervision.

GLA:D® PROGRAMS
Helping you manage osteoarthritis and back pain with confidence.

An evidence-based education and exercise program for hip and knee osteoarthritis and persistent low back pain. Combines group education and supervised neuromuscular exercise to reduce pain, improve function and build confidence for everyday movement.

NEURO FITNESS: PD FIGHT CLUB
Suitable for clients with Parkinson’s disease or clients that need to be seated while exercising following a neuromuscular condition.

STRENGTH FOR LIFE™ (COTA WA)
An evidence-based strength and balance program for older adults, designed to improve mobility, reduce falls risk and support independence. Delivered by accredited providers following a structured assessment and progression.

Fitness Studio Classes

Our fitness studio classes are designed for clients who are medically stable and ready to challenge themselves with more advanced fitness training, typically led by a Sports Scientist or Fitness Instructor.

FITLAB CIRCUIT
A fun, safe and social circuit class designed to improve fitness, strength, balance and functional movement. Sessions are higher-intensity and use a variety of stations to build overall conditioning and support long-term health and quality of life.
SUPERVISED SESSIONS
For those with their own program needing supervision /advice / progressions of exercise.
BALANCE & AGILITY
Suitable for those with poor balance and a history of falls or near falls.
DVA GROUP SESSION
Suitable for DVA card holders on a referral from their general practitioner.

BOXING FITNESS
A non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness class focusing on cardio, coordination, balance and conditioning. Exercises are adaptable and suitable for a wide range of abilities. No boxing experience required.

Mat & Reformer Pilates

Please note: before joining any of our Pilates classes, all clients are required to book an initial assessment with an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist

REFORMER PILATES - REHAB
Using Reformer Pilates beds for those clients with injuries requiring gentle rehab.
