Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a joyful New Year from all of us at Mead Physio Group and Exercise Right & Rehab!

Here’s an overview of our opening hours and service availability during the festive period.

‍Mead Physio Group

We will continue to offer appointments throughout the festive season, with reduced availability from Wednesday, 24th December 2025 to Monday, 5th January 2026.

We will also have half-days (mornings only) on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Outside of these days, appointments will operate as usual.

Exercise Right & Rehab

‍A small selection of classes will run over the Christmas and New Year period on the following dates:

Monday 22 & 29 December

• 9:00am – Supervised
• 10:00am – Supervised
• 11:00am – PD Class
• 2:00pm – ONERO
• 3:00pm – ONERO
• 4:00pm – ONERO
• 5:00pm – ONERO

Tuesday 23 & 30 December

• 9:00am – DVA
• 10:00am – Strength for Life (S4L)
• 11:00am – Balance
• 2:00pm – ONERO
• 3:00pm – ONERO
• 4:00pm – Strength for Life (S4L)
• 5:00pm – ONERO
• 5:00pm – Supervised

Outside of these dates and times, Exercise Right & Rehab will be unstaffed from Monday 22 December 2025, reopening on Monday 5 January 2026.
